About the Doctor

Why Patients Choose Dr. Namaky

For many women, the search for answers has already taken years.

For many women, the search for answers has already taken years.

They have seen multiple physicians. They have been told their imaging is normal—that there is no reason for their pain. Many have tried medications that provided only temporary relief. Some have been told a hysterectomy is their only option. Others have undergone surgery only to see their symptoms return.

Many of my patients hear about me from a friend, family member, physician, or former patient. They come because someone they trust told them they felt heard, understood, and cared for.

That experience begins with listening.

Unlike many practices where appointments can feel rushed, I believe understanding a patient’s story is one of the most important parts of endometriosis care. Endometriosis affects every woman differently. The details matter. During consultations, patients have the time to explain what they have experienced, what treatments they have tried, and what they hope to achieve moving forward.

Just as importantly, they deserve straightforward answers.

“The foundation of good medical care is listening. Every patient deserves to feel heard and supported.”

Philosophy

Surgical Expertise Focused on Endometriosis

I am a fellowship-trained minimally invasive gynecologic surgeon whose practice is focused on the treatment of endometriosis.

As one of the leading surgeons treating complex endometriosis in the Cincinnati region, I perform excision surgery to remove disease while preserving normal anatomy whenever possible.

Excision surgery is the most durable surgical treatment for endometriosis. Rather than simply treating the surface of visible disease, excision removes endometriosis at its roots and allows for pathologic confirmation of diagnosis.

I understand that, for many women, preserving reproductive organs is a priority. While hysterectomy may be appropriate in selected situations, hysterectomy is not a cure for endometriosis. I individualize treatment plans based on each patient’s goals, symptoms, and anatomy. My approach prioritizes preservation of healthy ovarian tissue whenever safely possible and avoids unnecessary removal of organs, such as the uterus and ovaries.

What Patients Say

★★★★★

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This is a testimony!

“I’ve been dealing with endometriosis for years—deep infiltrating and superficial. And rupturing cysts. At the first visit with Dr. Namaky my decision was made! The attention and care he provides is beyond professionally amazing. I mean he has an End Endometriosis tattoo! If that doesn’t show his dedication I don’t know what does.
When you’re at that point—ready for life to be over—and you feel someone saved you, you’re ready to tell the world about it! I cannot express enough how amazing this doctor is. The attention to detail and the sense of caring is unmatched from any doctor I’ve every had!
I’m only 3 weeks post-op but already feel my life has completely changed for the better. That deep, debilitating pain is gone!! I will tell anyone I know struggling with this horrible, looked-over disease to visit Dr. Namaky no matter what it takes. So beyond thankful!”
