Namaky Advanced Endometriosis Surgery is a concierge surgical practice for patients living with endometriosis who expect more—more time, more clarity, more options, and more direct guidance—than a traditional office model often allows.
The practice is designed around detailed evaluation, thoughtful treatment planning, and highly individualized surgical care and excision when surgery is appropriate. Patients have direct 24/7 access to Dr. Namaky, as well as access to extended visits, comprehensive records review, Telehealth appointments, secure patient communication, and a low patient-to-physician ratio so care can remain personal, responsive, and unhurried.
This is not a high-volume general gynecology practice. It is a focused practice built for patients living with endometriosis.
Become a Patient
Patients can start by scheduling a new patient consultation. During this visit, Dr. Namaky will review your medical history, symptoms, prior imaging, operative reports, pathology reports, previous treatments, goals, concerns, and questions.
The first visit is not just about determining whether surgery is needed. Its purpose is to fully understand your condition and discuss the most appropriate options for your care. These may include further evaluation, medical management, updated imaging, pelvic floor physical therapy, pain management procedures, fertility planning, surgical treatment, or coordination with other specialists when appropriate.
New Visits and How to Schedule
Pricing
Namaky Advanced Endometriosis Surgery is a concierge, out-of-network practice. This means the practice does not operate like a traditional in-network insurance office.
Patients are responsible for the practice’s fees directly. When appropriate, documentation such as superbills or other supporting information may be provided so patients can seek possible out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance plan.
Insurance coverage varies widely. Out-of-network benefits, deductibles, co-insurance, exclusions, and reimbursement rates are determined by each patient’s individual insurance policy. Patients are encouraged to contact their insurance carrier directly to understand their benefits. For surgical patients, Dr. Namaky can check with your insurer to determine what out-of-network benefits you may be eligible for.
Hospital, anesthesia, pathology, imaging, laboratory, assistant surgeon, co-surgeon, and facility charges are separate from Dr. Namaky’s professional fees and are typically billed through your insurance.
What to Expect
We believe in clear communication and transparent care. Here is what you can expect when you visit our practice.
Customized approach
The practice is intentionally small. This allows more time for records review, longer visits, more direct communication, and more individualized planning.
The goal is not simply to move patients through a system. The goal is to help each patient understand what is happening, what options are available, and which plan best fits their symptoms, goals, fertility considerations, prior treatment history, and surgical findings.
When surgery is recommended, it is customized for each patient. Fertility-sparing options are often available, and coordination with other specialists may be recommended when bowel, diaphragm, urinary tract, or other complex disease is suspected.
